The AZCO Corp GO160D SUR-CUT Guillotine Knife Assembly is a modular, stand-alone or inline cutting unit with a 160 mm (6.29 in) cutting area and a recommended max material width of 140 mm (5.5 in), designed for fast, clean cuts of flexible materials at up to 200 cycles per minute. Its open-frame aluminum anodized construction houses D2 hardened tool-steel blades for long life and includes mounting holes for quick installation on flat, single-plane surfaces, enabling versatile positioning in automated lines. The GO160D handles films, foils, hook-and-loop fasteners, laminates, light-gauge metals up to 0.25 mm (0.01 in), non-wovens, paper, foam rubber, ribbon cables and more, with pneumatic operation requiring 40–90 psi (2.75–6 bar) of compressed air. Optional SMARTKNIFE packages add blade-position sensing and configurable blade geometries for enhanced control in high-throughput environments.
