X20CA0E61.0100 POWERLINK/Ethernet connection cable with RJ45-to-RJ45 interfaces, 10 m in length, designed for B&R X20 automation systems. It employs four twisted pairs of 26 AWG stranded conductors (0.16 mm² per conductor) with blue-white/blue, orange-white/orange, green-white/green, and brown-white/brown color coding to support reliable high-speed data transmission across POWERLINK and Ethernet links. The outer jacket is black PVC (RoHS compliant) and flame-retardant per IEC 60332-3-24, while the inner jacket is halogen-free and flame-retardant. Shielding consists of overlapping aluminum-clad foil plus tin-plated copper braid with at least 85% coverage, providing EMI protection for sensitive POWERLINK/Ethernet signals. The conductors use tin copper 26/7 strands, and the cable is rated for a dielectric withstand of 1000 V (wire-to-wire and wire-to-shield) to suit industrial environments.
