The 8AC112.60-1 ACOPOS plug‑in module is a POWERLINK interface designed for installation in ACOPOS servo drives. It occupies Slot 1 and provides a 2‑port POWERLINK hub with 2x RJ45 connectors, enabling device‑to‑device connections in a star or tree topology with up to 10 hub levels and a maximum segment length of 100 m, at a fixed 100 Mbit/s transfer rate. The module supports synchronous operation to the POWERLINK cycle, provides electrical isolation, and includes LED indicators for status monitoring, drawing up to 2.5 W. Powerlink station numbers are set with two hexadecimal switches, permitting 01 through FD (00, FE, FF reserved); changes take effect the next time the ACOPOS servo drive is powered up. It is intended for communication and parameter configuration of the ACOPOS drive in time‑critical applications and includes hardware watchdog functionality (with software watchdog via the ACOPOS drive). Operational temperature ranges from 0 to +50 °C with 5–95% relative humidity (non‑condensing); storage from −25 to +55 °C; transport from −25 to +70 °C. The device is CE certified and UL listed (cULus E225616), reflecting its integration within B&R’s POWERLINK ecosystem.
