The X20BC1083 is a POWERLINK bus controller that links X2X Link I/O nodes to POWERLINK networks, functioning as a POWERLINK V1/V2 controlled node. It provides a single POWERLINK interface and an integrated 2-port hub to simplify cabling for POWERLINK and X2X devices, with two shielded RJ45 connectors on the hub. The module supports expansion with up to two X20 interface slots, enabling flexible, scalable I/O configurations without a separate master controller. Its B&R ID-code is 0x2268, and it is designed to couple X2X Link I/O nodes to POWERLINK, serving as a compact gateway between X2X field I/O and POWERLINK networks in industrial environments.
