B&R Industrial Automation X20CP1586 PLC Controller

The B&R X20CP1586 is a high-performance PLC CPU module for the X20 system, powered by an Atom 1.6 GHz processor that delivers fast, deterministic control for modular machinery. It includes 512 MB DDR2 RAM and 1 MB SRAM for reliable program execution and data handling, plus removable application memory on CompactFlash with application memory ordered separately. The unit provides a single X20 interface module slot for expanding I/O, two USB ports, one RS-232 interface, one Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T port, and a POWERLINK interface, with electrical isolation between Ethernet (IF2), POWERLINK (IF3), and X2X (IF6) interfaces to protect critical control paths. The X20CP1586 ships with a power supply module and arrives with X20TB12 terminal block, a slot cover, and the X20 end cover plate X20AC0SR1. For software, the application memory must be ordered separately.
