The Bailey Controls TB46511230002 Conductivity Sensor is a rugged 4-electrode conductivity sensor from the TB465 family, designed for inline, submersion, or retractable (hot-tap) installation in demanding process environments. Built with 316 stainless steel electrodes, it supports full-spectrum conductivity measurements from 0 to 2,000,000 µS/cm and is rated up to 200°C (392°F). The hot-tap variant carries a maximum pressure of 100 psi, while non-hot-tap configurations can withstand up to 225 psi. The sensor offers interchangeable tips for field servicing and includes an anti-blowout lip on retractable versions. Installation options include 3/4 in. NPT insertion threads or direct submersion via back-threads, with hot-tap configurations compatible with 1-1/2 in normal or 1-1/4 in full-port ball valves.
