Bailey IMCPM02 Communication Port Module

The IMCPM02 Communication Port Module from Bailey (ABB) is a dedicated RS-232 serial interface that links an Engineering Work Station (EWS) to a single INFI-90 process-control network, enabling direct serial communications for setup and data exchange within an INFI-90 system. Built for Bailey’s INFI-90/Network 90 environment, it uses Bailey’s Controlway interface circuitry to provide a serial conduit between the EWS and the INFI-90 network, with baud rates up to approximately one megabaud for peer-to-peer communication. It provides an RS-232 interface for EWS access and is compatible with Bailey tuning tools; the CTT02 handheld can be used for tuning and configuration of a single PCU. This module is part of ABB Bailey’s INFI-90 family of network interfaces, designed to connect a work station directly to a single INFI-90 network.
