Balluff BES 12-FA-70 BAM00AZ Proximity Switch

The Balluff BAM00AZ BES 12-FA-70 is a stainless steel plunger probe with a fixed stop designed for BES M8 inductive sensors (Ø8) in automation. The probe body measures Ø12 x 78 mm and mounts with M12 screws, making it suitable for compact installations. It supports operation from -25 to 100 °C and is designed for about 0.5 million mechanical switching cycles, with a spring deflection of 3 mm and a stop force up to 400 N, tightening torque up to 25 Nm. The switching point between the proximity switch and the trigger pin can be set wherever needed, enabling precise, repeatable actuation in constrained spaces and when a defined stop position is required in the sensor chain.
