Balluff BES-516-207-BO-E-03 Inductive Proximity Sensor

Balluff BES-516-207-BO-E-03 is a cylindrical stainless‑steel inductive proximity sensor (order code BES027M) designed for flush mounting with a 2 mm nominal sensing distance (Sa 1.6 mm) and a real switching distance of 2 mm. It measures Ø12 x 60 mm, uses a PA12 sensing surface, and carries IP67 protection, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The sensor ships with a 3 m PVC cable, 2 conductors, for a 20–250 V AC/DC supply, providing a minimum operating current of 5 mA and a rated current of 130 mA, with a ready delay of up to 10 ms and a switching frequency up to 1,000 Hz. It is a two‑wire device with polarity reversal protection and uses an M12x1 connection, with an operating temperature range of -25 to 70 °C.
