Balluff BES 516-377-E0-C Inductive Proximity Switch

The Balluff BES 516-377-EO-C Inductive Proximity Switch is a compact M8 cylindrical sensor designed for flush mounting in tight spaces. It detects nearby metal objects with a 1.5 mm sensing range and provides a PNP normally closed (NC) output powered from 10 to 30 V DC, making it compatible with standard automation controllers. The sensor features a stainless steel housing (Ø 8 mm, 45 mm long) with a PBT sensing surface, IP68 protection, and an operating temperature range from -40 to 85 °C, suitable for harsh industrial environments. A 2 m cable is standard for this EO-C variant, enabling straightforward wiring in equipment such as conveyors, packaging lines, and machine tools.
