Description:
The Balluff BES-IKV-S4-025-NS-1-Y inductive proximity sensor is designed for use inside a custom spring-loading machine that automates spring feeding and loading. The integrated BALLUFF inductive ring/tube sensor detects metallic springs and components passing through a sensing aperture with a diameter of about 25 mm, using non-contact inductive detection. It operates from 10-30 VDC and provides a normally open switching output for process monitoring, part counting, and synchronized motion in industrial automation equipment. This unit is offered as used/surplus equipment and can serve as an OEM replacement in automated assembly machines, fastener or automotive component production, packaging equipment, and high-speed production lines.
