Balluff BES013N Inductive Sensor

Balluff BES013N is a compact cylindrical inductive proximity sensor (M08 form factor) with a 1.5 mm nominal sensing distance and a PNP normally open (NO) switching output. It operates from 10 to 30 V DC and, with a maximum load current of 200 mA, can directly switch small actuators or indicator loads in automated lines. The housing measures Ø 8 x 30 mm with an M08x1 thread, designed for flush mounting in tight spaces. This three-wire sensor detects ferrous and nonferrous metal targets at close range and is commonly used for position sensing in packaging, robotics, conveyors, and other compact machinery where a simple NO output is required. Balluff’s BES013N offers robust metal sensing in a compact package compatible with standard control circuits and readily integrates with common cable assemblies for quick installation.
