The Balluff BMF 32M-PS-C-2-S49 magnetic field sensor, also listed as BMF0088, is a compact 25 x 11.9 x 26 mm device designed for round cylinders and pneumatic cylinders with trapezoidal slots, mounting with a hose clamp. It uses a 3‑pin M8x1 connection and provides a PNP normally open output, powered from 10–30 V DC with a switching frequency up to 10,000 Hz. Featuring an aluminium housing and an IP67 rating, it operates from −25 °C to 85 °C and carries CE, UKCA, and cULus approvals (plus WEEE compliance).
