Balluff BNI ECT-508-105-Z015 is an IP67-rated EtherCAT network interface block that provides eight IO-Link I/O channels for sensors and actuators in industrial automation. The compact module measures 68 x 224 x 37.9 mm, weighs about 670 g, and uses a zinc die-casting housing with a matte nickel finish; it operates from 18 to 30.2 V DC with less than 1% ripple and draws roughly 130 mA. It communicates on a dual M12 D-coded EtherCAT bus (2 x 100 Mbps) and supports Ethernet over EtherCAT (EoE) for standard Ethernet data transfer.
