Balluff BNI IOL-102-000-K019 Integrated IO-Link Module

Balluff BNI IOL-102-000-K019, also listed as BNI000R, is a compact IO-Link 1.0 sensor/actuator hub that consolidates eight digital inputs into a single IO-Link device via eight M8 3-pin ports for PNP signaling (Type 2). It is powered through a M12 x 4-pin A-coded COM 1 connection, with operating voltage 18–30.2 V DC, enabling straightforward integration with standard controllers. Measuring 30 × 24 × 129.5 mm, the enclosure is made from PBT with glass fiber and is rated for -5 to 55 °C operation with IP67 protection when installed. IO-Link communication runs on the IO-Link 1.0 interface, with a COM2 data rate of 38.4 kBaud, making it suitable for reliable input collection in distributed I/O networks.
