Balluff BNI IOL-302-S02-Z013 Io-Link Sensor Actuator Hub

Balluff BNI IOL-302-S02-Z013 is an IO-Link sensor/actuator hub (BNI0046) that centralizes 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs in a rugged, IP67-rated package for direct field installation. The unit provides IO-Link communication capability to connect with an IO-Link master, enabling standardized device data and service data exchange on the factory floor. It is powered from 18 to 30.2 V DC (nominal 24 VDC) and offers a die-cast zinc housing with 2-hole screw mounting for secure mounting in harsh environments. The cabling topology includes a 4-pin A-coded male M12 communication connector (COM1), a 5-pin male 7/8" power connector, and eight 5-pin A-coded female M12 I/O connectors, enabling compact, modular signal distribution. This hub supports 16 x digital outputs (PNP transistors) and 16 x digital inputs (PNP transistors; type 3), making it suitable for buffering and routing a large number of sensors and actuators through a single IO-Link interface.
