Balluff BNI IOL-719-002-Z012 Sensor Actuator Hub

Balluff's BNI IOL-719-002-Z012 (BNI00AJ) is an IO-Link sensor/actuator hub from Balluff’s Silver Line, designed to centralize eight analog inputs under a single IO-Link 1.1 interface for specialized industrial applications. It powers from Ub 18–30.2 VDC and uses a COM 1 M12x1 Male, 4-pin A-coded connection to the IO-Link master, while providing eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin A-coded slots for analog inputs that accept a range of signals including voltage, current, Pt100/PT1000 resistance, and thermocouples Type J and Type K (with common ranges such as 0–10 V, -10–10 V, 0–5 V, -5–5 V, 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA). The module also furnishes a +24 V sensor power output to drive connected devices and is configured to handle a total sensor current up to 4 A, making it suitable for compact sensor networks in rugged environments, with an IP67-rated housing for challenging industrial conditions.
