Balluff BNS 819-100-R-11 Overtravel Limit Switch

Balluff BNS 819-100-R-11 Overtravel Limit Switch is a rugged mechanical single-position limit switch with a roller plunger for end-of-travel sensing in automation systems. Its aluminum housing is anodized, measuring 42 x 22 x 47 mm, and it carries IP67 protection for dust and water ingress; the design supports mounting in lateral or right-angle orientations and uses a screw-terminal connection for up to 250 V AC and 5 A. The device features a roller plunger, with a reference-edge spacing of 11 mm and a cam-to-edge distance of 2.30–2.80 mm, a maximum approach speed of 60 m/min, and a switching rate up to 200/min.
