Balluff BNS 819-D03-R12-100 is a three-position mechanical limit switch with roller plungers, designed for end-of-travel sensing in automation equipment. The rugged aluminum, anodized enclosure measures 120 x 80 x 83 mm, provides IP67 protection, includes an M25 cable entry for wiring in harsh environments, and is equipped with mounting feet for straightforward installation. Each roller plunger actuates its own SPDT contact set (three total), delivering three switching positions with a continuous current rating up to 6 A at 250 VAC, an actuation force of 20 N, a 60 m/min approach speed, and screw-terminal wiring for easy panel installation.
