Balluff BNS 819-D10-R12-100-10 Mechanical Roller Limit Switch

Balluff BNS 819‑D10‑R12‑100‑10 is a mechanical multi-position roller limit switch that provides position feedback across ten switching points as the roller travels along a machine or conveyance. The unit has an aluminium, anodized housing measuring about 120 x 170 x 84–85 mm, is rated IP67, and is intended for vertical installation with the roller approaching longitudinally, with 12 mm between switch positions. Each position uses a mechanical snap contact with one normally open and one normally closed circuit, rated to 6 A continuous at up to 250 V AC. The device is designed for harsh industrial environments with an operating temperature range of -5 to 85 °C and uses screw terminals for connection, making it suitable for integration into machine tools, presses, or automated conveying systems where discrete end-of-travel sensing across multiple positions is required.
