Balluff BOD 26K-LB07-S92-C Photoelectric Distance Sensor

Balluff BOD 26K-LB07-S92-C is a compact photoelectric distance sensor that uses triangulation with a red 650 nm laser to measure distance in an ABS plastic housing (17 x 50 x 50 mm) with a PMMA sensing surface. The 26K series unit covers an adjustable range from 80 to 300 mm and reports distance via a 4–20 mA analog output while also providing a PNP NO/NC switch output for discrete sensing; it operates on 18 to 30 V DC and is designed for harsh industrial environments. Built for reliability, it features a Class 2 laser at 650 nm, IP67 protection, and an ambient operating temperature of -10 to 50 °C. The device uses teach-in range calibration to tailor the measurement window, and is mounted with M4 screws; the compact 17 mm width, 50 mm height, and 50 mm length suit tight spaces where precise distance measurement is required in automation, packaging, and material handling applications.
