Balluff BOS 18KF-PA-1FR-S4-C is a compact fiber‑optic amplifier (order code BOS00JJ) designed to drive and process a single fiber‑optic sensor head in tight spaces. The cylindrical housing measures Ø18 mm by 87 mm and supports M3 screw mounting or an M18x1 nut, with a maximum tightening torque of 1.5 Nm. It uses a red LED at 660 nm and tolerates ambient light up to 5000 lux, with switching configured for light/dark operation and a light-on response.
