Balluff BOS 18M-PS-1RD-E4-C is an M18 cylindrical diffuse photoelectric sensor from Balluff’s 18M family, designed for compact, rugged detection tasks. It operates as a diffuse sensor using infrared light with a 0–400 mm sensing range and provides a PNP normally-open output. The sensor runs on 10–30 V DC and ships with a 3 m PVC cable; its housing is brass with nickel plating and features a PMMA sensing surface for durable, consistent sensing. This model carries CE and cULus approvals in line with Balluff’s 18M diffuse sensing lineup.
