Balluff BOS 26K-PA-1HC-S4-C Photoelectric Sensor

Balluff BOS 26K-PA-1HC-S4-C is a compact diffuse photoelectric sensor from Balluff’s 26K family, measuring 17 × 50 × 50 mm with an ABS housing and a PMMA sensing face. It uses red LED illumination with a light spot of about Ø8 mm at 200 mm, delivering a diffuse-reflective detection range of 30 to 300 mm and background suppression to improve reliability on cluttered backgrounds. The sensor operates on 10 to 30 V DC and provides PNP interfaces that can be configured as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC); a 4-pin M12 connector carries the outputs. The BOS0089 variant is CE, UL/cUL, and UKCA approved, and it carries IP67 protection with a operating temperature range of -20 to 60°C, making it suitable for industrial environments.
