The Balluff BOS01CE BOS 18M-PA-PR20-S4 is a cylindrical retro-reflective photoelectric sensor in the 18M series, sized Ø18 x 75 mm for M18 mounting with a red LED light for reliable detection. It provides a PNP output that can be wired as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), powered from 10–30 V DC through a 4-pin M12 connector. With a divergent beam and a light spot around Ø300 mm at 7 m, its sensing surface is glass with an anti-glare finish and the housing is brass with a nickel-plated coating. The BOS01CE offers 0–7 m range, CE and UKCA approvals (with cULus and WEEE recognition in some regions), and ships with 2x M18 nuts as part of the scope of delivery.
