HQ005 is a compact 1/4-turn electric actuator designed for ball, butterfly, and plug valves, delivering a torque output of 50 Nm and a 90° travel for precise valve operation. It is offered in 24 VAC/DC (and 85–265 VAC single-phase) configurations, with a current draw of 0.8 A at 24 VDC, and features an IP67 weatherproof enclosure, a declutchable manual override, and two SPDT limit switches rated at 250 VAC/10 A. Mounting is ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 compatible with standard F03, F05, and F07 flanges and a 14 mm drive, with two M20 cable entries and a 2 W heater for use in cooler environments.
