Banner Engineering SM312LVAGQD Photoelectric Sensor

The Banner Engineering SM312LVAGQD is a compact MINI-BEAM polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor that operates on 10–30 V DC and detects targets from 50 mm up to 2 m away. It provides bipolar outputs (1 NPN and 1 PNP) on a 4-pin M12 integral quick-disconnect, enabling both sourcing and sinking configurations. This self-contained DC sensor uses a visible red 650 nm beam and offers light/dark operate selection, with a rapid 1 ms response time and a 100 ms power‑up delay. The sensor is designed for demanding environments, featuring an IP67-rated thermoplastic housing with an 18 mm barrel, suitable for mounting in tight spaces.
