Banner Engineering 2SBD1 Photoelectric Sensor

2SBD1 is Banner Engineering’s MULTI-BEAM 2-wire scanner block designed for diffuse-mode proximity sensing, with a 30 cm (12 in) detection range. As part of the MULTI-BEAM family, it is a self-contained scanner block that requires a compatible power block or amplifier to define its input and output; interconnecting pins are included for integration with Banner’s sensing system. The device uses an infrared beam at 880 nm and delivers a rapid 10 ms on/off response with about 2.5 ms repeatability, enabling reliable presence/absence sensing in tight work envelopes.
