Banner Engineering 46092-ES-FL-2A Safety Relay

Banner Engineering's 46092-ES-FL-2A is an emergency-stop monitoring safety relay (ES-FL-2A) in the ES/GM Series, designed to monitor E-stop, rope-pull, and interlock circuits. It operates from 24 V ac/dc and provides a dual-channel safety input consisting of two normally closed dry-contact inputs, plus three normally open safety outputs (up to 4 A) and one auxiliary normally closed output (0.5 A). The module measures 75 × 45 × 110 mm, mounts on a standard 35 mm DIN rail with a fixed terminal block (width 45 mm), and carries an IP20 rating with operating temperatures up to 50 °C and humidity up to 90% at 50 °C. It features self-checking circuitry with a reset input and responds to input changes within about 25 ms, with an electrical life rated at 100,000 cycles at 1,000 VA.
