Banner Engineering APQS30-DVHX2 Aperture Sensor

APQS30-DVHX2 is Banner Engineering’s aperture kit built for the QS30 World‑Beam DC voltage sensors, designed to tailor emitter/receiver beam geometry and sensing range by swapping in specific apertures. The kit includes 18 pieces in total: two of each aperture model, giving you a complete set to configure circular, horizontal slot, and vertical slot openings. Aperture options included are circular: APQS30-040 (1 mm), APQS30-100 (2.5 mm), APQS30-200 (5 mm); horizontal slots: APQS30-040H (1 × 12 mm), APQS30-100H (2.5 × 12 mm), APQS30-200H (5 × 12 mm); and vertical slots: APQS30-040V (1 × 17 mm), APQS30-100V (2.5 × 17 mm), APQS30-200V (5 × 17 mm). Each aperture rotates into the emitter and/or receiver to control the active sensing aperture and tailor the detection zone for small parts, tight gaps, or specific positioning tasks. A notable detail: when the APQS30-040 aperture is installed on both the emitter and receiver, the sensor range reduces to 0.5 m (1.5 ft). This kit is intended for Banner QS30 Standard Series sensors operating with DC voltage, enabling quick, repeatable customization without altering other system components.
