Banner Engineering AT-AM-2A Two-Channel Safety Relay

The Banner Engineering AT-AM-2A is a two-channel safety relay module designed for use with Banner's DUO-TOUCH two-hand control systems. It is powered from 115 V ac ±15% at 100 mA and provides two redundant safety relay contacts (K1 and K2), for a total of four safety contacts that are forced-guided. The outputs are rated for up to 250 V ac or 250 V dc and up to 4 A (resistive), with a maximum load of 1000 VA or 200 W; the unit also includes an auxiliary NC output (51/52) for diagnostics or interlock signaling, and it offers a mechanical life of 10,000,000 operations and an electrical life of 100,000 cycles. In typical installations, the AT-AM-2A enables dual-channel safety circuits with Banner two-hand buttons such as OTB Optical Touch Buttons, suitable for machinery guarding on conveyors, presses, and similar equipment.
