Banner Engineering B-TL70-5 (92223) is the TL70 Core Series 70 mm modular tower light base module, the foundational element for a configurable status tower used in industrial automation, with a 70 mm body and black polycarbonate housing that accepts modular extensions to display multiple colors. It supports 1–4 stacked modules to form a complete tower, runs on 12–30 V DC, and carries an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance; the unit is supplied with a 2 m long, 5-wire integral cable, and it uses a standard M30 x 1.5 mounting thread for easy integration into machine frames. Electrical connections use a 5-pin interface with BIMODAL inputs (PNP/NPN) and Color Input Control set to Individual, allowing separate color channels with a maximum of 420 mA per color; this enables clear, bright signaling when the full TL70 stack is assembled. As part of the TL70 family, the B-TL70-5 base module is designed to indicate status such as run, stop, or fault on conveyors, robotics, and production lines, with compatibility to add extension modules and CAD data for system integration.
