Banner Engineering BIC-10K Preset Counter Module

The Banner Engineering BIC-10K Preset Counter Module is a compact, 8-pin plug-in counter that counts input pulses up to 9,999 and, on reaching the preset, emits a single, adjustable-width output pulse before resetting for the next batch. The preset value is set with thumbwheel switches and supports a range from 2 to 9,999 counts, with the BIC-10K grouped in Banner's PLUG LOGIC family alongside the BIC-99 (2–99 counts). The module features a four-digit LED display and status LEDs to show the current count and module status, and Banner describes preset counters as well-suited for applications such as filling, stacking, positioning, and cut-to-length control.
