The Banner BA23S fiber optic cable is a diffuse‑mode, bifurcated glass fiber assembly designed to work with Banner diffuse sensors for remote detection of reflected light. It measures 914 mm (36 in) in length and uses a 3.2 mm (0.125 in) fiber bundle diameter with a 3.2 mm core, terminated in a right‑angle sensing end of 4.8 mm and housed in a stainless steel monocoil sheath. The assembly has a minimum bend radius of 25 mm and a maximum operating temperature of 249 C. This 36‑inch, bifurcated fiber provides two sensing ends within a compact, terminated cable for easy mounting around obstacles while connecting to Banner sensors.
