Banner Engineering Corporation ES-UA-5A Safety Relay

Banner Engineering's ES-UA-5A is a safety relay module in the ES-Series designed for E-stop, rope-pull, and interlock monitoring, with a single safety input channel configurable as dual or single. It accepts 115 V AC or 12–24 V DC and provides four normally open safety outputs rated 6 A, plus an auxiliary output consisting of one normally closed contact (5 A) and two solid-state outputs at 0.1 A. The unit features a removable terminal block, dimensions of 84 × 45 × 118 mm, IP20 protection, and self-checking circuitry with auto/manual reset. It is designed for fault protection, with a maximum operating temperature of 50 C and humidity up to 90% RH at 50 C, and will go into lockout mode if a monitored fault is detected.
