MAHCVP-1 PLC Module from Banner Engineering is the control module for the MINI-ARRAY high‑resolution measuring light curtain, serving as the interface between the MINI-ARRAY sensors and a PLC or other control system. It provides two PNP switch outputs and two 0–10 V DC analog outputs, and is powered from 16 to 30 V DC to support the sensor array and its feedback channels. Sensor inputs are arranged so transmitter and receiver are paralleled on a 5‑terminal bus, with optically isolated gate and align inputs (10–30 V DC, 7.5 kΩ input impedance) for safe, reliable operation. The MINI-ARRAY system uses a polycarbonate enclosure with mounting options on a flat surface or directly to a 35 mm DIN rail, and offers serial communication via RS‑232 or RS‑485 for integration with common automation controllers.
