The Banner Engineering SLM20B6QPMA is a rugged nickel-plated metal fixed-distance slot sensor from the SLM Series, housing an emitter/receiver pair in a single slot with a 20 mm slot width and a maximum sensing range of 20 mm. Built from zinc die-cast with nickel plating, it carries an IP67 rating and a NEMA 4X enclosure, making it suitable for washdown and harsh industrial environments. The sensor operates on 10–30 V DC and provides bipolar outputs (one NPN and one PNP) for flexible interfacing to PLCs and control circuits. Its 150 mm PUR pigtail with M12 quick-disconnect delivers rugged field connections, and the model supports a light/dark operate mode with visible LED indicators for status.
