Banner Engineering's DELS-1115E is a double-ended safety light curtain cordset with LS-Custom connectors on both ends, designed for Banner EZ-SCREEN safety systems. This unshielded 11-conductor cordset uses 24 AWG copper conductors inside a yellow PVC jacket with a 6.00 mm outside diameter and straight-end termination at each side, featuring PVC black overmold and 12 contacts per end. It supports 30 V AC/DC supply and up to 2 A, operates across a -40 to 70 °C range, and carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance in harsh environments. The 4.6 m (15.1 ft) length provides ample reach for linking a safety light curtain to compatible amplifiers or controllers, and the cordset is cascade-capable to wire multiple devices in safety circuits.
