Banner Engineering DELSE-81D Photoelectric Sensor

DELSE-81D is Banner Engineering’s double-ended cordset for safety light curtain systems, providing a robust link between a Banner LS-Custom interface end and an M12-compatible receiver. It terminates with a 12-pin straight female LS-Custom connector on one end and an 8-pin straight M12 male connector on the other, across a 0.30 m (1 ft) length. The cordset uses a yellow PVC jacket (8x22) and a black PVC overmold, with a 6.0 mm outside diameter and nickel-plated brass coupling nuts. Rated IP67, it withstands washdown environments and exposure to dust and water, and it operates from -40°C to 70°C. Electrical specifications include a supply voltage of 30 V ac/dc and a current rating of 2.0 A; connector orientations are straight on both ends, with no shield and no trunk. The DELSE-81D is a released Banner product designed to connect compatible DELSE safety light curtain components to facilitate quick, reliable field connections.
