DF-G1-KS-Q5 is Banner Engineering’s DF-G1 Expert Dual Display Fiber Optic Amplifier for general‑purpose sensing with plastic and glass fiber optics. It provides two outputs: a push/pull IO‑Link output and a complementary PNP discrete output, enabling IO‑Link communication and reliable signaling in compact installations. The unit mounts on DIN rails and uses a 0.15 m (6 in) 4‑pin M12 pigtail quick‑disconnect, powered from 10–30 V DC, with an operating temperature range of -10 to 55 °C and up to 90% relative humidity at 60 °C. It features dual digital displays for status and threshold indication, a teach button for calibration, and a minimum response time of about 0.2 ms, with crosstalk avoidance to improve reliability in multi‑fiber configurations. The DF-G1‑KS‑Q5 supports unterminated plastic fibers or T5 termination and carries IP50 with NEMA 4X compatibility for indoor industrial environments.
