Banner Engineering ES-FA-11AA E-Stop Safety Module

ES-FA-11AA is Banner Engineering's safety relay module in the ES/GM series for E-stop, rope pull, and interlock monitoring. Powered by 24 V AC/DC, it offers one safety input that can be configured as dual or single channel, two normally open safety outputs rated 7 A, and an auxiliary normally closed output also rated 7 A, all wired through a removable terminal block. It measures 84 mm high by 22.5 mm wide by 118 mm deep, with a 2 W power draw, IP20 enclosure, and operating temperature up to 50 C, and it features self-checking circuitry with auto or manual reset. Its electrical specifications include dual-channel safety inputs of 10–20 mA at 12 V, single-channel 40–100 mA at 24 V ac/dc +/- 10%, input resistance up to 100 Ω per channel, and it carries PL rating e and SIL rating 3 for E-stop/rope-pull/interlock safety applications.
