Banner Engineering’s ES-FA-9AA is a DIN-rail mounted safety relay module (60131) designed for E-stop, rope-pull, and interlock guard monitoring. It operates from a 24 VAC or DC supply and provides three normally open outputs (3PST-NO) capable of switching loads up to 6 A and up to 250 VAC, making it suitable for safeguarding industrial equipment and guarding circuits. The safety inputs support dual-channel or single-channel configurations, with a steady-state current of 10–20 mA at 12 V DC and a brief 100 mA contact-cleaning current on initial closure to ensure reliable operation.
