Banner Engineering's ES-UA-5A (66091) Safety Relay Module is a safety relay designed to monitor E-stop, rope-pull, and interlock devices in safety circuits, delivering four normally open safety outputs rated at 6 A plus an auxiliary signaling path (one normally closed contact at 5 A and two solid-state outputs at 0.1 A) for non-safety signaling. It accepts 115 V AC or 12–24 V DC power with a 4 W (7 VA) draw and employs self-checking circuitry with auto- or manual-reset options. The unit measures 84 mm high by 45 mm wide by 118 mm deep, features a removable terminal block for quick wiring, IP20 protection, and an operating range up to 50 C; it supports a single safe input channel (dual or single), four NO safety outputs, and offers PL e and SIL 3 safety ratings.
