Banner Engineering GMMDSDINT-1T2 Dual Trip Controller

The Banner Engineering GMMDSDINT-1T2 is a Dual MINI-SCREEN DIN control module that replaces the GMMS 24V dual-trip DIN controller in Banner’s MINI-SCREEN safety system. It provides two independent trip outputs for two emitter/receiver sensor pairs and supports blanking for 1- or 2-beam configurations, enabling precise guarding on compact machinery. The unit operates from a 24 V DC supply (±15%) with a maximum current of 2.5 A for the control box and uses removable wiring blocks for easier field wiring when configured as a DIN replacement box. As part of the MINI-SCREEN family, the controller is designed for compact mounting and combines two sensing channels in a single housing to streamline installation on small to mid-size equipment. Status indicators on the control box and receiver provide at-a-glance feedback: red indicates blocked/latched, green indicates clear, and yellow indicates reset; the emitter includes a green LED to show power is on. The GMMDSDINT-1T2 variant delivers dual-channel protective monitoring in a single, DIN-rail-ready module, making it a targeted, space-saving solution for dual-channel safety circuits in automated machinery.
