The Banner LEDWS50L20-XQ Vision Light is a compact 50 mm spot illumination designed for machine-vision systems, delivering white light with a tight ±20° beam to reveal fine details on small targets. It operates from 12–30 V DC, drawing about 400 mA at 12 V (or 160 mA at 30 V), and uses three high‑intensity white LEDs with a color temperature of roughly 5000–8300 K and a typical output of about 270 lumens. The light is optically isolated for strobe operation up to 40 kHz, with a minimum on-time of 5 µs. At 0.5 m, it provides about 2000 lux and roughly 500 lux at 1 m, making it well-suited for close-range imaging where high contrast is needed.

The LEDWS50L20-XQ is built in a black anodized aluminum housing with an acrylic window and a 30×1.5 mm threaded mounting base; it can be configured with integral quick-disconnect (QD) 5‑pin M12 connectors or with a 2 m cable, and a 5‑pin mating cordset is required for QD models. The unit is rated IP67 and IP69K per DIN 40050-9, and operates from −20 °C to +50 °C with up to 95% humidity (non-condensing). When used within specification, output remains within 30% of initial for up to 50,000 hours for visible models (long life is typical for Banner high‑intensity LEDs).
