Banner Engineering LM4-2 16290 Multi-Beam Logic Module
Banner Engineering LM4-2 16290 Multi-Beam Logic Module
Description:
The LM4-2 16290 Multi-Beam Logic Module from Banner Engineering is a 3- or 4-wire logic module in the Multi-Beam family that converts beam-break events into a controlled, timed output pulse. It accepts input from a power block and provides a retriggerable one-shot output, so every transition between light and dark triggers a pulse whose duration is adjustable from 0.01 to 1 second and restarts whenever the input toggles again. The module uses interconnecting pins to link with compatible Multi-Beam sensors and power blocks, and it supports the full range of Multi-Beam sensing configurations, including opposed, retroreflective, diffuse, convergent, and fiber optic modes, with the range dependent on the sensor configuration. When integrated into a system, the LM4-2 can be paired with compatible logic modules to implement timing-based control for downstream devices in automation lines.
