Banner Engineering MBCC-430 Industrial Cable Assembly

MBCC-430 is Banner Engineering’s 9.14 m (30 ft) circular cable assembly (cordset) with a single-ended 7/8 in mini-style, 4-pin straight female connector on the end and four 18 AWG conductors inside a black PVC jacket. The cordset uses a nylon black coupling nut and a black PUR overmold for durability in industrial environments. It is unshielded, delivers up to 8 A at 60 V DC, and is IP67-rated for dust and water resistance, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 70°C. The outside cable diameter is 7.24 mm, and the jacket is black, featuring four 18 AWG conductors to support both power and signal transmission in Banner sensor and control-system installations. Designed for inline, free-hanging wiring in factory automation, MBCC-430 is compatible with Banner’s 7/8 in mini-style devices and other 4-pin mini-style components requiring a single-ended cordset, making it suitable for reliable connections in harsh industrial environments where rugged, moisture-resistant cabling is essential.
