MBCC-512 Sensor Cable Assembly from Banner Engineering is a 12-foot (3.66 m) quick-disconnect cordset designed for Banner OMNI-BEAM sensors, featuring a 5-conductor, single-ended 5-pin configuration with a 7/8-in female receptacle and a 7/8-16 UN-2B thread, a black nylon coupling nut, and unshielded SJT-type conductors. The cable uses a black PVC jacket and delivers five 18 AWG conductors in a 3.66 m length. The assembly is IP67-rated for dust-tight and water-resistant performance in harsh industrial environments and is part of Banner’s quick-disconnect (QD) family, engineered to prevent mis-wiring between AC and DC power blocks.
