MBCC-530 is a single-ended cordset designed for Banner Engineering’s 7/8-in mini-style connectors, with a 5-pin straight female receptacle on the fixed end and flying leads on the opposite end; at 30 ft (9.14 m) long, it provides a long-reach wiring option for sensors and actuators. Inside, the cordset uses 18 AWG copper conductors enclosed in a black PVC jacket, with an outside diameter of 7.24 mm, and the assembly is finished with a PUR black overmold and a nylon black coupling nut for secure, durable mating. Electrical and environmental ratings show 60 V DC maximum supply, 5 A current rating, an operating temperature range of -40 to 70 C, and IP67 protection, enabling operation in harsh industrial environments where exposure to dust and splashes is possible.
