Banner Engineering MQDC-430 Photoelectric Sensor

MQDC-430 is Banner Engineering’s IP67‑rated, single‑ended M12 cordset that provides a rugged 4‑conductor connection from Banner photoelectric sensors to control equipment. The 4‑pin M12 female end (A code) mates with Banner sensors, while the opposite end carries four 22 AWG conductors on a 9.0 m (29.5 ft) flying‑lead length, housed in a PVC jacket with a 5.21 mm outer diameter. The coupling nut is nickel‑plated brass, and the cable is black PUR overmold for durability in harsh environments. This cordset is designed to operate from 10 to 30 V DC, with a maximum current rating of 4 A and a temperature range of -40 to 70 C, making it suitable for washdown or tough factory floors when used with compatible Banner sensors. Wire colors follow Banner’s standard pinout (1 Brown, 2 White, 3 Blue, 4 Black), simplifying field wiring and reducing misconnection risk.
